Provide a secure environment for parents to learn positive interaction and emotional skills through education sessions and observations. Coordinate with county workers and community partners to develop and implement service plans for families.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field or an associate degree with relevant experience, plus 2-3 years of experience in child development or parent education. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

$23.00 per hour
This is a regular, full-time, hybrid position that is scheduled to work during programming hours, which may take place in the evenings. The Family Specialist often works in the community and family homes.
