The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, engaging environment and delivering a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum. They must monitor child development, ensure safety, and communicate daily milestones to parents.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and meet all state preschool teacher requirements. Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is preferred.
