Provides administrative and secretarial support for the Office of Curriculum and Educational Development. Job Responsibilities Assists with course implementation, including collecting/uploading course materials; maintaining/revising course faculty databases; organizing faculty/student mailings/files and assists with general office activities to ensure smooth course implementation. Arranges & oversees the distribution of course-related correspondence; prepares schedules/student group composition materials; coordinates course-specific activities; assists in the recruitment of faculty for courses. Assists with the student assessment process: creates student assessment forms; implements the distribution, collection, and processing of forms as needed. Assists with course evaluation process: creates course evaluation materials; implements the distribution and collection of course evaluation materials; generates reports for review. Provides Educational Committee support: assists in arranging meetings, records, compiles, transcribes and distributes meeting minutes. Provides faculty support: arranges ad hoc meetings; coordinates course session rooms; provides AV support when needed; confirms faculty participation in teaching/examinations; reports faculty absences; retrieves & duplicates course materials.
