The coordinator manages appointments, education support, and transportation for 25-30 clients while facilitating team meetings. They are also responsible for writing comprehensive assessments and attending home visits and doctor appointments.
A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for experience in children's or social services and case management. Candidates must possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Morrison Center is seeking a Children's Care Coordinator, in Brewer Maine. This Care Coordinator will help to manage the clients' appointments, education support, and transportation needs, as well as coordinate and facilitate team meetings. The Care Coordinator will also attend home visits, doctors' appointments and family team meetings.
of the Children's Care Coordinator: Bachelors degree in any field 1+ year in Children's Services or 2 + years in social services preferred Case Management experience is preferred Exceptional communication skills Strong organizational and writing skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
