Develop trusting relationships with families through home visits and events using the Parents as Teachers curriculum. Coordinate community resources and maintain detailed case documentation to support family well-being and child development.
Requires two years of education in early childhood education, social work, or a related field, or two years of supervised experience with children and parents. A valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance are mandatory.

Hired is seeking a temp Family Coach who will develop trusting relationships with families through home visits (in-person and virtual), family events, and referrals to external resources. This is a temp part-time position estimated to work 15-20hrs per week. We are looking for someone to start in Mid-June through late August 2026.
Two years of education in early childhood education, social work, health, psychology, or a related field is recommended (or equivalent degree outside of the US) OR two years supervised work experience with young children and/or parents within a community setting.
Physical Requirements Able to sit for extended periods, perform computer and data entry functions, and actively engage with families often sitting on the floor.
Work Environment May vary, semi-sedentary involving office and fieldwork. Use of general office equipment. May be required to a.) Maintain regular business hours daily, b.) Provide service outside of standard business hours, c.) Provide services at a partner organization, community site, or home visit.
