  • Or 12:15PM -3:15PM) No Nights/ No Weekends Easterseals North Georgia is seeking passionate, child-centered Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support the continued growth of our inclusion-focused ABA program. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services within early childhood classrooms (ages 2–5), with additional clinic space utilized as needed to support individualized skill development. The RBT will play a critical role in supporting children, families, and classroom teams through: implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA supporting communication, regulation, independence, play, and social engagement collecting meaningful data to guide treatment decisions collaborating closely with teachers and interdisciplinary team members creating positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences

  • RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): Provide direct ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans across classroom and clinic settings Support communication, regulation, social, adaptive, play, and school-readiness skills Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data Complete treatment documentation within required timelines Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members under the guidance of the BCBA Utilize coaching, feedback, and Behavior Skills Training (BST) to strengthen clinical skills Support children during moments of dysregulation using safe and developmentally appropriate strategies Follow

  • EXPERIENCE: Experience working with early learners (ages 2–5) Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Knowledge of child development and developmental milestones Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

  • QUALIFICATIONS: CentralReach experience or similar platforms Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field Experience working within inclusive educational environments Certified in crisis prevention/intervention approaches (e.g. MCPP, CPI QBS or similar) Familiarity with safety protocols in early childhood or school-based settings Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Requirements

Requires a current RBT certification and a high school diploma, with experience working with early learners and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Preferred candidates have a degree in Psychology or Education and certifications in crisis prevention.
