The role involves providing goal-directed interventions and coaching to children, youth, and parents to stabilize them during transitions. Responsibilities include developing rapport with clients and maintaining timely progress notes.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or health-related field and have at least one year of related experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for non-standard hours are required.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention. At least one year of experience in a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and youth. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work non-standard hours, such as 3-9 PM, and weekends as needed.
