At least 21-years-old for school age teacher to drive the mini-van High school diploma or equivalent required. EDU119/NCECC cert. or a degree in early childhood or related field required for lead teachers. TAs and Floater teachers must have EDU119/NCECC cert. or enroll within 6 months of hire date. Degree in ECE or a related field preferred. Previous experience working in licensed childcare required. Ability to pass background checks & health assessments. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
