Market context

Massachusetts clinician roles stay competitive

In Massachusetts, Master's Level Clinician/Therapist roles are typically in demand where adolescent behavioral health, school-based services, and community mental health programs need licensed or license-eligible clinicians. These positions are competitive because employers often want a master’s degree, clinical experience with adolescents, and licensure readiness, while benefits such as tuition reimbursement, pension, and 401K match can add value. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure status and highlight adolescent-facing experience in your application.
