The Before/After School Site Supervisor provides direct supervision and coaching to youth leaders while ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the program. They are responsible for planning and executing activities that promote youth development and align with the YMCA's values.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience working with children in a licensed program is preferred, along with the ability to complete required trainings and certifications.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
