About the role

Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for one-year-old children through developmentally appropriate activities. Handle daily care, feeding, and the fostering of positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Description Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team in our one-year-old classroom.

Requirements

About the Role

As a teacher in our one-year-old classroom, you will: Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Handle daily care and feeding of six children Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support each child’s individual needs while promoting group learning experiences. Maintain a classroom that reflects joy, exploration, and respect for every child.

Qualifications

DCF 45 hours and preemployment classes required. CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred. Previous experience working with toddler-aged children. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. A genuine love for teaching and inspiring young learners.
