Provide instructional and individual support to special education students in accordance with their Individual Education Programs (IEP). Assist with classroom management, behavioral shaping, and the physical and health needs of learners.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The opportunity (Position overview)
As a Care Team- Student Support member for an iLEAD California, reporting to the School Director and under the guidance and direction of the Director of Student Support, the Care Team - Student Support Aide is responsible for providing instructional assistance to special education students and in some cases providing individual support.
