Your planning happens at work. We provide you with planning time, on the clock, within your scheduled hours. We don’t believe teachers should take work home. You leave at the end of the day clear-headed, and your evenings and weekends are yours.

We provide everything your classroom needs. All materials, all resources, and all supplies are fully provided by us. You will never pay out of your own pocket for your classroom.

Who we’re looking for You are a skilled, experienced teacher who holds a Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification. You bring real classroom experience, and you’re ready to commit to a full-time role where you’re able to grow and are given the actual support to do it.

What you’ll need

• MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification (required)
• Demonstrated experience in early childhood education. Preschool, or Pre-K level preferred
• Full-time availability (this is a full-time position)
