Ten (10) paid personal days per calendar year Five (5) paid personal days between Christmas and New Year's Day when the school is closed Seven (7) paid holidays per calendar year. Five (5) sick days per year (available to all employees, accrual starts with no waiting period) Up to 100% tuition reimbursement subject to performance and commitment to work for a specified period.
