Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy #33 is seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Preschool Lead Teacher 3’s year old to join our early childhood education team. Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential; OR Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education; OR Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field; OR Be actively enrolled in an approved program leading to one of the above credentials. Additional Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass the Bright from the Start comprehensive background check.
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
Previous experience working in a preschool, Head Start, Georgia Pre-K, or early childhood education setting. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Experience with classroom documentation and child assessments. Strong commitment to family engagement and creating positive learning experiences.
