You'll also help support classroom Aides and collaborate with fellow educators to create a positive and enriching experience for every child.

Responsibilities

As a Twos Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

Guide children through daily routines while encouraging independence, confidence, and self-help skills.

Manage the Twos classroom while ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.

Create a welcoming, engaging, and positive classroom environment for children, families, and visitors.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with Celebree's curriculum and developmental goals.

Foster language development, social-emotional growth, and early problem-solving skills through purposeful play and exploration.

Support children as they learn to navigate friendships, express emotions appropriately, and build positive relationships.

Assist with potty-training readiness and partner with families to support consistency between home and school.

Ensure the classroom remains safe, clean, organized, and inviting for all children.

Accurately complete all required paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Maintain open and professional communication with families regarding their child's development, milestones, and daily experiences.

Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency. This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
