- Need:
- Education &
- Experience: High School Diploma/GED +; CDA or higher preferred; Refer to state requirements for lead or assistant teacher qualifications
- Certifications: CPR, First Aid (or willingness to obtain). A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.
Skills
- Strong understanding of child development and classroom management. Creativity and flexibility to adapt lessons for diverse learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage families and team members. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
