Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum for toddlers. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess children's developmental progress regularly. Encourage independence and self-directed learning among students. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Valid Montessori teaching certification or equivalent experience. Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting. Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Flexible, patient, and creative demeanor.
