Tutors diagnose learning deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods in reading, math, and writing for K-3 students. They are responsible for developing individualized lesson plans, coordinating with school personnel, and communicating student progress to parents.
Candidates must possess a 4-year degree and have some experience working with children, with teaching experience preferred. A successful applicant must also pass an FBI/BCI background check and be proficient in using online platforms for communication and record keeping.

This program operates Monday through Thursday and offers multiple part-time schedule options: 9:25 AM–12:30 PM (approximately 16 hours per week): Staff in this role will support students in Grades 1–3 during morning programming. 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (approximately 21 hours per week): Staff in this role will provide morning support and may support additional sites in the afternoon. 9:45 AM–1:15 PM (approximately 14 hours per week): Staff in this role will support students during mid-morning instructional blocks.
