Previous experience (3-5 years) working with toddlers (ages 1–2 years) in a licensed childcare setting preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate classroom practices. Strong communication skills Ability to lead a classroom and guide assistant teachers Maintain a structured, organized, and nurturing classroom environment Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson planning requirements based on our proprietary curriculum.
