At The Learning Experience Noblesville, we’re looking for a joyful, patient, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher who believes learning should be fun, hands‑on, and full of heart. What You’ll Do

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved, supported, and excited to explore Implement TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum, bringing learning to life through play‑based activities, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory exploration Support toddlers as they build independence — from self‑help skills to early problem‑solving Foster positive social interactions and help children learn to share, communicate, and express their feelings Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE’s bright and nurturing environment Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth What Makes You a Great Fit You’re naturally energetic, patient, and nurturing You love the toddler stage — the curiosity, the silliness, the big emotions, and the big milestones You communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism You’re dependable, flexible, and eager to learn Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but a caring heart and willingness to grow are essential What TLE Offers You Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement A positive, team‑oriented environment where your ideas and voice matter Paid training, including TLE’s exclusive curriculum and safety practices Ongoing professional development and leadership support A workplace where you truly make a difference every single day Schedule shift would be 9-6PM M-F

Requirements

Previous experience (3-5 years) working with toddlers (ages 1–2 years) in a licensed childcare setting preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate classroom practices. Strong communication skills Ability to lead a classroom and guide assistant teachers Maintain a structured, organized, and nurturing classroom environment Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson planning requirements based on our proprietary curriculum.
