The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing the L.E.A.P. curriculum to support children's academic, social, and emotional growth. They must maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment and build strong relationships with families.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of professional teaching experience. An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and DCF 45 hours are preferred.
