The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing the L.E.A.P. curriculum and creating a safe, engaging classroom environment. They must support children's academic and social development while maintaining strong relationships with families.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of professional teaching experience. An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and DCF 45 hours are preferred.
