The Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment and implementing the L.E.A.P. curriculum. They must support children's holistic development and maintain regular communication with parents regarding milestones.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of professional teaching experience. An Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and meeting Massachusetts state licensing requirements are preferred.
