The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for shaping a new classroom and delivering a high-quality educational experience to students and families. This includes implementing the Wonder of Learning curriculum and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to six years.
Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA, along with previous experience in a childcare setting. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a Minnesota background study and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
