Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment where children can learn, play, and grow Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities aligned with early childhood education best practices Support the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool children Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Communicate regularly with parents through daily updates, mobile apps, and in-person conversations Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment, retention, and family engagement Follow all state childcare licensing regulations and center policies
