The Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging classroom environment and implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum. They must also maintain regular communication with parents regarding their children's achievements and support center enrollment goals.
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of professional teaching experience. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of experience are preferred.
