Lead a preschool classroom by delivering the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and fostering a structured, developmentally appropriate learning environment. Maintain strong communication with families regarding child progress and collaborate with center leadership to uphold quality standards.
Requires ECE certification and a minimum of 6 months of classroom experience, with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred. Candidates must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and preferably hold CPR/First Aid certification.

The Learning Experience – Littleton is hiring a committed and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to support our growing preschool program. Our center offers an engaging, child-centered environment where children ages 2.5–4 develop confidence, curiosity, and early academic skills through play-based learning.
We are looking for an ECE-certified educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering strong classroom communities.
Lead a preschool classroom and support assistant teachers with guidance and daily collaboration.
Establish a warm, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning space for all children.
Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting social-emotional growth, early literacy, math readiness, and creative expression.
Maintain strong communication with families, sharing updates and developmental progress.
Work closely with center leadership to uphold quality standards and support enrollment goals.
ECE certification required for a Lead Preschool Teacher role.
Minimum 6 months of classroom experience (1+ year preferred).
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
