As an
Assistant
Teacher, you will: Partner with other lead teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow. Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs. Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate learning and play Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Support meal times, nap times, diapering, and restroom routines as needed Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Follow all daycare safety procedures and licensing regulations Assist with classroom setup and cleanup during opening and closing shifts Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for children Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
