Speech-Language Pathologist Easton, MD Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary & Middle School Caseload 2026–2027 School Year Easton, Maryland | Full-Time | Onsite School Placement Salary: $59,000–$88,000 annually (based on experience) Additional Perks Competitive annual salary with weekly pay Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer match Paid time off including school breaks and holidays Licensure reimbursement opportunities Ongoing mentorship and clinical support Access to therapy resources and materials Supportive school teams and collaborative work environment AnthroMed Education is a growing community of Speech-Language Pathologists dedicated to helping students receive the communication services they deserve while ensuring clinicians feel supported throughout their careers. We are currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a manageable caseload, collaborative special education teams, and the chance to make a meaningful impact with students who present with a variety of communication needs.

Position Details

Location: Easton, Maryland Grade Levels: Kindergarten–8th Grade Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week Caseload: Approximately 45–50 students Setting: Onsite Services are primarily delivered outside the general education setting Students present with a range of communication needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Language Impairment, Articulation Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Other Health Impairments The selected SLP will join a collaborative school team supporting students with moderate to significant communication needs while helping them access their educational environment and achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in grades K–8 Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders Develop and implement IEP goals and service plans Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district requirements Collaborate with teachers, families, special educators, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support students with a variety of speech, language, and social communication needs Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with student goals Clinical Support at AnthroMed When you join AnthroMed, you become part of a clinician-centered organization focused specifically on supporting school-based providers.
