Collaborate with teaching team members on lesson planning and implementation to deliver engaging activities that successfully advance each child's developmental milestones. Partner with parents through consistent, daily communication to build a unified and supportive educational foundation that ensures the child's holistic growth. Commit to continuous professional growth by attending required monthly evening staff meetings and completing a minimum of 15 hours of yearly in-service training.

  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. Based on WisconsinAdministrative

  • Regulations, one or more of the following is required: 1) At least 18 years oldand have satisfactorily completed one course for credit in early childhood education or itsequivalent at an institution of higher education within 6 months after assuming the position, or; 2)At least 18 years old and have satisfactorily completed one, non-credit department-approved course in early childhood education within 6 months after assuming the position, or; 3) Havesatisfactorily completed an assistant child care teacher training program approved by the Wisconsindepartment of public instruction. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicablecumulative job specific experience required.
