Guide and mentor students with autism and ADHD in developing essential life skills for independent adulthood, including household management and social relationship building. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students' academic, career, and wellness growth through one-on-one and group instruction.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with a Bachelor's degree and experience in autism or residential settings highly preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work weekends and evenings.
