Market context
In Pennsylvania, Registered Behavior Technician roles are commonly tied to school-based and clinical ABA services, so demand often follows local needs for behavioral support and special education staffing. This part-time role is competitive because employers usually want an active RBT certification, CPR and First Aid, a high school diploma, and at least 2 years of experience.
