The teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for toddlers using the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum. They must also maintain regular communication with parents and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of professional teaching experience. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of experience are preferred.
