Lead members through pre-arranged exercise formats to enhance fitness, strength, and endurance while ensuring safety. Educate participants on proper form and promote Wellness & Health Promotion services.
Must be an enrolled student at the University of North Dakota with knowledge of exercise physiology and group exercise equipment. CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required or must be obtained within two weeks of hire.
Group Exercise Instructors lead members, in a group environment, through a pre-arranged format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance, while ensuring the safety of the members is not compromised. Instructors will also serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
