About the role

Provide receptionist and administrative support, including signing students in and out and handling filing and shipments. Manage simulation lab setup, breakdown, and supply stocking, while assisting with tours and major events.

Job Duties

Provide receptionist services to sign students in/out of scheduled activities Set up simulation labs including setting out lab materials, manikin preparation. and lab break-down and clean-up Assist in stocking lab supplies Assist with HEC tours Support general administrative duties (copying, shipments, filing) Assist in hosting major events including poster sessions, conferences, and Open Houses

Salary Range

Commensurate with experience.
