Must be able to ski while carrying heavy equipment and work irregular hours up to 7 days a week during the winter season. Requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and lifting supplies.
$18,000 - $25,000, commensurate with experience Does this position supervise other employees: No Job Summary The Moguls Coach is primarily responsible for the student athlete training for and execution of USASA and USSS sanctioned competitions. The Coach works with the Head Mogul Coach and the Freestyle, Freeride and Freeski Program Director to plan and run both on and off-snow training sessions. Plans support the program’s current philosophy and follow the guidelines of safe and healthy training as described by USSS and SafeSport. The Moguls Coach is also responsible for helping with competition planning and execution, including transportation, lodging, tuning, and supervision. The coach promotes a strong student-centered approach that exemplifies a respectful, inclusive and dynamic environment. This involves fostering resilience, respect, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging among athletes. Adolescents under their guidance are empowered with agency, supported within a structured framework, and mentored for growth and development.
