At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS), we are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs throughout Staten Island and the greater NYC area.
We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team.

What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a 4 year old boy at home Enter session notes on rethink for every visit obtain signatures from parents or teachers at time of visit Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client
Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance Experience with session note writing and documentation Why Join LBAPS?
