We are currently hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity in Lake Stevens, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year . What Your Role Will Look Like 3 BCBA openings across the district K-12 district-wide assignment across all school buildings Full-Time positions Role Overview: Support students with high autism/ASD support needs across the district Oversee and provide guidance to RBTs and CBTs Support Structured Learning Center programming district-wide Collaborate with educational teams to develop behavior intervention strategies Service Model Includes: Direct behavioral support consultation Staff collaboration and team-based intervention planning District-wide behavioral programming support Additional Support Structures: Close collaboration with district behavioral support teams Opportunity to supervise and mentor behavioral support staff Clinical Support Through AnthroMed We invest in our clinicians so they feel confident and supported in their roles. You’ll receive: Regular caseload support and mentorship from our Clinical Support Director Bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support Access to a generous materials database plus an additional stipend 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and licensure fees For Clinical Fellows, we provide structured supervision, dedicated mentorship, and consistent support throughout your CFY so you feel prepared, supported, and set up for success as you work toward your CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Eligible for or holding active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and meeting applicable Washington State professional practice requirements Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice

Requirements
