Market context

Practical nursing instructors are in steady demand

In Tennessee, adjunct practical nursing roles often appeal to candidates with current RN licensure and recent bedside experience, especially as nursing programs look for instructors who can teach clinical skills and support student readiness. These roles can be competitive because schools may prefer a BSN and recent patient care experience, so it helps to show both teaching interest and current clinical relevance. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this page to save time, then confirm your Tennessee RN license, recent RN experience, and any BSN coursework before applying.
