Market context

Massachusetts BCBA roles remain school-focused

In Massachusetts, Board Certified Behavior Analyst roles are often tied to school-based support for children and adolescents, so demand tends to follow district needs for behavioral services and special education support. These positions are competitive because employers usually look for candidates enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program, eligible for the BCBA exam, and with school experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your exam eligibility and highlight any school-based ABA experience in your application.
