About the role

The Developmental Coach supports the Men's Basketball program by providing individual skill instruction and assisting with team practices. They are also responsible for film review, scouting preparation, and general program operations to enhance player performance.

Job Summary: The Developmental Coach will support the Men’s Basketball program by assisting with the growth and development of student-athletes through individual skill instruction, team practice support, and day-to-day program operations.

Job Description

This position will work closely with the coaching staff to help enhance player performance, reinforce program standards, and contribute to the overall success of the team. Job Responsibilities: Assist with individual skill development for student-athletes. Support team practices, drills, and on-court instruction. Help reinforce coaching points, player accountability, and program culture. Assist with film review, scouting preparation, and game-day support as assigned. Collaborate with coaching staff on player development plans. Support administrative and operational needs of the men’s basketball program. Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach or designated staff. Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
