Provide part-time instructional services as a Lecturer in Modern Language Studies. Fill short-term temporary teaching positions across campus on an as-needed basis.
Requires a master's degree in Spanish, French, or German and residency/ability to work within California. A doctorate or ABD status and prior college-level teaching experience are preferred.
The Department of Modern Language Studies at California State University San Marcos accepts applications on an on-going basis for our pool of part-time lecturers. Salary is commensurate with credential and experience.
$5,507 - $8,000 per full-time month
Lecturer B - AY: $6,221 - $13,224 per full-time month
The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience.
