About the role

The Simulation Lab Assistant is responsible for the seamless operation of Skills Learning and High-Fidelity Labs. Key duties include preparing equipment, guiding faculty, and supporting the setup and breakdown of immersive learning experiences.

The College of Nursing (CON) seeks a temporary Simulation Lab Assistant to directly contribute to the education of future nurses. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the seamless operation of our Skills Learning and High-Fidelity Labs. This includes preparing and restocking equipment and supplies, guiding faculty at the start of sessions, maintaining lab organization, and providing crucial support for the setup and breakdown of immersive high-fidelity learning experiences.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a certification as an EMT, LPN, RN, or CNA and have at least one year of experience in hospital or acute care. An associate's degree and experience in medical learning labs are preferred.
