The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children.
Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
