Deliver comprehensive athletic training services to assigned school teams and athletes. Prevent, evaluate, and manage athletic injuries and conditions. Provide game and practice coverage as scheduled. Communicate effectively with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers. Maintain documentation consistent with ESSMC policies and procedures. Uphold the standards outlined by the NATA, BOC, PA State Practice Act, and ESSMC.
Minimum BS degree Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Certified as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC) Licensed as an athletic trainer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Emergency Cardiac Care (CPR/AED) Act 33 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Act 34 Pennsylvania Criminal History Clearance Act 114 FBI Clearance Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Form Act 24 of 2011 and Act 84 of 2012 Arrest or Conviction Form Act 126 of 2012 Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training
