Lead daily operations of the masters swim team by writing and conducting workouts for adult members. Assist swimmers in mastering technique and achieving their goals while maintaining the cleanliness of aquatics facilities.
As an Aquatics Masters Swim Team Coach, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will help our adult members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. A typical day for Masters Swim Coach could include writing and leading Masters Group Workouts and registering new Masters participants for the group. You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.
