Market context

Tennessee full-time nanny roles stay competitive

In Tennessee, full-time nanny openings often draw steady interest from candidates with prior childcare experience, a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/First Aid certification. These roles can be competitive because families look for someone proactive, nurturing, and comfortable around large dogs, while benefits like paid orientation, pre-screened families, and regular compensation increases add appeal. Before applying, confirm your certifications are current and note any driving or pet-care experience; the requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description, which can save research time.
