The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom operations while mentoring other teachers. They promote the holistic growth of preschool children and maintain strong relationships with families to support student achievement.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience in leading classrooms and creating educational lesson plans. They must meet state education requirements and pass the Florida background screening process.
