The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. They must manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must meet state and center education requirements and be capable of physical activity both indoors and outdoors.
