Shepherd's Flock Preschool sits on the campus of Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. As a Preschool Teacher here, you'll lead a classroom of children ages 3.5-5, with regular intergenerational programming that brings your students together with residents — a setting we haven't found at any other preschool in this market.

Requires at least a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience and either possess or be willing to obtain an Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification.
